Description
At times we may find ourselves getting caught up in painful memories of the past or worrying excessively about the future. When this happens we can feel overwhelmed with resentment, sorrow, frustration, anxiety or other painful emotions. Meanwhile the present moment escapes us, and our life passes quickly without much meaning or joy. In this special course we will explore Buddha’s profound teachings on subtle impermanence. By listening to and contemplating these teachings we will learn to recognize and appreciate the power of the present moment. Through practically applying this wisdom in our daily life we can prevent ourselves from getting stuck in painful thoughts of the past or future, and learn to embrace the present moment with confidence and joy.
