Keeping Your Cool: Dealing with Difficult People & Situations
We all want to be happy and maintain good relationships with others, but in daily life there are a lot of situations that are difficult to know how to navigate. How can we keep a balanced and positive mind when things go wrong? In conflicts, when do we stand our ground and when do we let things go? How can we make others happy without spoiling them or enabling inappropriate behavior? Through practicing the teachings presented in this series we can learn how to transform our daily problems and difficulties so that we can maintain a peaceful, positive mind amidst the challenges we face.
