Description
In this half-day workshop, we will explore the Buddhist perspective on the meaning of life and death, and how we can use this perspective to create a truly happy and meaningful life. We all wish for our life to be happy and meaningful, but how can we actually accomplish this? Most people fear or avoid thinking about death, and yet might there be a way of thinking about our death that actually enriches our life and inspires us to make the most of it? We will explore these topics and more during this very special half-day workshop.
No prior experience of meditation is necessary to attend. Everyone is welcome!
