Description
This workshop will provide an introduction to meditation and spiritual practice from the point of view of Buddhist Tantra. In his Tantric teachings, Buddha taught many meditations in which we use the power of our imagination to help us accomplish personal growth and transformation more quickly. Based on the profound insight that our mind creates our reality, the Tantric approach gives us methods to engage in spiritual practice in a creative and joyful way.
