Description
What is happiness? We are all striving for it but do we really understand what it is? Through contemplating and meditating on the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings we can begin to develop and maintain authentic causes of happiness within our own mind, such as inner peace, discipline and love. Through developing these internal causes we will gradually gain the ability to overcome our problems and unhappiness, and we will discover within our own mind a stable and lasting happiness that no changing external condition can destroy. This retreat is open to everyone and is suitable for beginners as well as those with previous meditation experience.
