Description
What we think and believe about our self affects every area of our life. Many of us have a tendency to be excessively self-critical, self doubting, or lacking in confidence. These debilitating thoughts can adversely affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realize our full potential in life. In this workshop, we will learn how we can use the practice of meditation to free ourselves from self-critical thoughts, negative self-perceptions, and feelings of discouragement. We will also look at how to develop authentic self-confidence based on a realistic understanding of our spiritual potential.
