Description
Given the current state of the world it is very easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious or afraid. Intellectually we understand that staying calm will help us be more effective at dealing with the challenges we are facing, but how do we actually keep our mind peaceful or positive when everything is going wrong? In this special half-day event we will learn and practice meditations that will help us manage our emotions and and maintain a sense of peace and purpose in the midst of these challenging times.
