About the Sessions
In just 30 minutes your whole day can change for the better! By connecting to your heart in meditation, and intentionally cultivating inner peace, you can access the best of yourself and learn to live from this place. These guided meditation sessions will help you develop greater peace, happiness and wisdom through daily practice.
A new meditation session will be available to stream online each weekday, Monday to Friday. All sessions are pre-recorded so you can watch “on-demand” at whatever time is most convenient for you each day. The sessions are fully guided by the meditation teachers of Kadampa Meditation Center Miami.
While the various meditations offered are all from the Buddhist tradition, anyone wanting to cultivate a deeper state of peace and authentic happiness is welcome and will receive benefit from participating. No previous experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome!
