Description
We often have trouble letting go of events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of anger, resentment or sadness. In this workshop we will explore how we can use the practice of meditation to illuminate the real sources of pain and difficulty within our minds and finally release this pain completely, leaving us with a feeling of peace and relief.
This workshop includes two sessions of practical teachings and guided meditations with Buddhist monk and meditation teacher, Kelsang Tashi. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.
