Description
During this special event, a brief commentary to the Heruka body mandala self-generation practice The New Essence of Vajrayana will be given, and we will be guided through one session of the practice.
Please note: To participate in this event, you must have received the Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments of Heruka and Vajrayogini within the New Kadampa Tradition.
Schedule
11:00AM – 12:30PM – Teachings on The New Essence of Vajrayana sadhana based on the oral commentary to the book The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra.
12:30PM – 2:00PM – Lunch break
2:00PM – 3:30PM – Practice session with guided meditations

About the Teacher
Gen Kelsang Tashi is a Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Miami. He has been practicing meditation in the Kadampa tradition for over 12 years. His gentle approach to meditation emphasizes the importance of keeping a happy and positive mind. He is appreciated for his clear, light-hearted and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings.

Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
