In this workshop we will explore Buddhist teachings that help us develop an authentic self-confidence in our spiritual potential so that we can fulfill our deepest wishes for lasting peace and happiness. Whenever we are experiencing any difficulties with our meditation or spiritual practice, or when we feel that we are stuck or not making as much progress as we would like, applying the instructions given in this workshop will help us develop new energy and ensure that we are practicing in a qualified way that will bring good results.

About the Teacher
Gen Kelsang Jindak is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Fort Lauderdale. She has over 25 years of experience practicing and teaching meditation and modern Kadampa Buddhism. Gen Jindak has a clear, joyful teaching style and presents Kadampa Buddhism practically, for both beginners and experienced meditators alike.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 24 hours prior to commencement of the event we will refund all except 25%. If you cancel on, or after, the event, no refunds are given. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to ad@meditationinmiami.org within 2 weeks of the end of the event. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
