Description
A mind of pure love brings only peace and happiness. Many of the painful feelings that we experience towards other people actually come from the mind of attachment. Learning how to clearly distinguish between love and attachment, which are often mixed together, is very important. If we can do this, we will experience the pure happiness that comes from a peaceful mind of loving kindness, we will be able to resolve many of our daily problems related to others, and we will find it easier to maintain stable and harmonious relationships with friends, family and others.
