We all have great potential to experience peace and happiness in our life and to develop good qualities such as compassion and wisdom. Through meditation practice we can unlock this potential. In this way we can improve the quality of our life and help others do the same. In this class we will explore and contemplate practical ideas from the Buddhist tradition that give us the confidence and inspiration to live a truly happy and meaningful life.
During this class we will explore how to use Buddhist meditation and mindfulness practice to bring a sense of balance, peace and clarity into our life. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to start meditating on a regular basis and for those who have been meditating but would like to improve their practice. The class includes guided meditations and practical instruction on how to meditate. Everyone is welcome!
About the Teacher
Patrick Davidson is an experienced Buddhist meditation practitioner and has taught many meditation classes and workshops in the Miami area. He is appreciated for his warm, sincere and joyful manner of guiding meditations and giving teachings.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 24 hours prior to commencement of the event we will refund all except 25%. If you cancel on, or after, the event, no refunds are given.
