So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience in daily life are caused or aggravated by this stress. By practicing meditation, even for just a few minutes a day, we will be able to reduce this stress. In this course we will learn and practice meditations that will help us calm our mind, overcome stress and anxiety, and enable us to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life.
