Description
Pure love never causes pain but only peace and happiness. The pain we sometimes feel in our relationships often comes from the mind of attachment and from having unrealistic expectations of others. Learning how to clearly distinguish between love and attachment, which are often mixed together, is very important. If we can do this, we will be able to establish harmonious and long-lasting relationships, improve our experience of pure love, and resolve many of our daily problems related to others.
This workshop includes two sessions of practical teachings and guided meditations with Buddhist monk and meditation teacher, Kelsang Tashi. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.
