Description
When we experience suffering and unhappiness, where are these experiences coming from? We normally assume they are coming from outside of us, or that there is something wrong with us. However, these unpleasant feelings are the result of negative karma in our mind. Until our negative karma is exhausted, problems will keep appearing for us, and we will continue to feel stuck in a cycle of suffering beyond our control. Through engaging in special meditation practices, we can purify our negative karma before it ripens as painful experiences.
In this half-day course, we will learn how to remove the causes of our future suffering as well as obstacles to our spiritual development by engaging in karmic purification practice. Through purifying our negativity, our mind will gradually become happier, our good qualities will increase, and our problems will gradually disappear.
