About the Course
This half-day course will include practical teachings and guided meditations that help us experience a joyful feeling of mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on the nature of our mind. Through practicing these meditations we will discover our potential for deep inner peace and happiness, and greatly increase our ability to pacify distractions and negativity within our own mind. Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is required.
Please note: This course will be followed by a more in-depth guided weekend retreat at KMC Fort Lauderdale, May 18-20. Anyone wishing to participate in the weekend retreat is strongly encouraged to attend this course, and then follow the instructions given for practicing at home over the period leading up to the retreat.
