About the Course
This half-day course will include practical teachings and guided meditations that help us experience a joyful feeling of mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on the nature of our mind. Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is required.
Please note: This course will be followed by a more in-depth guided weekend retreat at KMC Fort Lauderdale, May 18-20.
