Please join us for this very special event to receive the blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani, the Buddha of Spiritual Power. You will also learn and be guided through “The Yoga of Buddha Vajrapani”, a blissful meditation practice that will give you great power to overcome mental disturbances, and help you to gain a profound experience of inner peace and joy.
An empowerment is a blessing ceremony where we make a special connection with an enlightened being, or Buddha, and receive their help and inspiration. In this empowerment we have the opportunity to make a connection with Vajrapani, the Buddha of Spiritual Power. Vajrapani is an emanation of Buddha Vajradhara whose function is to destroy the delusions of living beings by bestowing special power upon their body and mind. By engaging in the practice of Vajrapani we can destroy all our delusions, and eventually attain the supreme happiness of enlightenment.
Schedule
10:15am-10:45am: Reception & registration
11am-1pm: Empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani
1pm-2pm: Lunch (provided)
2pm-3:30pm: Commentary to The Yoga of Buddha Vajrapani
4pm-5pm: Guided meditation practice
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 24 hours prior to commencement of the event we will refund all except 25%. If you cancel on, or after, the event, no refunds are given. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to ad@meditationinmiami.org within 2 weeks of the end of the event. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
