This brief beginner-friendly retreat will include simple guided meditations that help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships through cherishing others.
Meditation offers many benefits including relaxation, reduced stress and tension, and greater peace of mind. Learn some simple meditation techniques and how to get started with your practice. This retreat is great for beginners and anyone who wants to improve their experience of meditation.
Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is required.

11am-12:30pm Session 1
12:30-1:30pm Lunch (provided)
1:30-3:00pm Session 2
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 24 hours prior to commencement of the event we will refund all except 25%. If you cancel on, or after, the event, no refunds are given. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to [email protected] within 2 weeks of the end of the event. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
