While we are still relatively new to meditation, our mind is largely distracted and unclear. We are not able to stay focused on our object of meditation for very long, and it is not easy to return to it when we forget it. If we want to improve the quality of our meditation, we definitely need to improve our mental clarity and concentration. By learning how to train our mind in the proper methods, and then putting those techniques into practice consistently and joyfully, the quality of our meditations will definitely improve.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 24 hours prior to commencement of the event we will refund all except 25%. If you cancel on, or after, the event, no refunds are given. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to [email protected] within 2 weeks of the end of the event. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
