About this Retreat

In this retreat we will engage in a special sequence of meditations on the Buddhist spiritual path to enlightenment known as “Lamrim”, following the presentation in the book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Lamrim is a Tibetan term, literally meaning ‘stages of the path’. It is a special arrangement of all Buddha’s teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice.

Each session will include a brief instruction, prayers, and plenty of time for silent contemplation and meditation.

Gen Tashi will be available to answer questions and provide guidance between sessions.

Everyone is welcome to attend. It is not necessary to pre-register for this retreat or to attend all the sessions. You may drop in for as many sessions as you like on any of the retreat days.

We will be observing silence in the meditation room during this retreat.

Meals will not be provided, however refreshments and snacks will be available onsite between sessions.
