Description
This workshop provides an introduction to the practice of mantra meditation with advice on how we can use recitation of mantras to improve our love, compassion and wisdom. Mantra meditation is something we can practice at any time and brings many powerful benefits to our life. It connects us with the good qualities of the enlightened mind and helps us to realize our highest spiritual potential.
