Description

“All the happiness there is in this world arises from wishing others to be happy.” – Shantideva

Many of the things we turn to for happiness never give us the real satisfaction, fulfillment, or freedom that we desire. In this meditation workshop we will explore how through the practice of loving kindness meditation we can develop a more stable and lasting happiness that arises from within our own heart. Developing this kind of happiness will improve every aspect of our life and relationships.
