Description
In this retreat we will engage in a series of meditations that help us to gain practical experience of the Buddhist spiritual path. The retreat will be based on the text The Eleven Reversals, composed by Je Tsongkhapa and compiled by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This text reveals eleven essential realizations that are needed to make progress along the spiritual path to the inner peace of enlightenment. Each session consists of a short practical teaching and guided meditation.
