Description
“If you practice contentment, even though you have no wealth, you are rich.” -Nagarjuna
Buddha taught that the source of all our daily problems is our attachment, or uncontrolled desire. We experience so many problems because we are unable to control our desires. In this course we will meditate on practical advice from the Buddhist tradition on how to find real inner peace and happiness through the practice of contentment. We will also explore how we can skillfully recognize, reduce and let go of our attachments, without having to abandon our possessions or relationships.
