Everybody needs authentic joy in their life, especially right now. In this evening class, Kadam Morten will instruct us in a simple meditation through which we can connect with a profound and authentic joy in our heart. He will show how we can carry this joy into our daily life, utilizing this optimistic, flexible mind to transform the difficulties we encounter regularly.
