Description
We are alive, therefore we will eventually die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, and yet very few of us have really come to terms with it. This course will give a Buddhist insight into death and dying, helping us to develop an awareness of our own mortality in a way that will actually make our life more positive and meaningful. We will also look at some practical advice for helping loved ones at the time of death.
