What software is required?

We will be using the Zoom Cloud Meetings application for our live streaming. Please download the application on your phone, tablet or computer prior to the class.

Who is eligible to participate?

We are temporarily offering a live video stream of our classes and events as a response to the current COVID-19 situation. Anyone living in Miami-Dade or Monroe County in Florida may participate.

How much does it cost?

The cost varies and is stated on the registration page for each class or event. Price is per person.

Financial difficulty?

We understand that many people are experiencing financial difficulties at this time due to the pandemic. If you would like to attend a class/event but cannot afford to pay the full fee, please email our Administrative Director, Michelle Grillone at for reduced fees or scholarship opportunities. We have also compiled a list of free online meditation resources here.

Can I share the link or watch with others?

No. Classes are for personal use only. Registrations are non-transferrable and a separate registration is required for each person attending.

Do members have to register?
