In this series of classes we will explore Buddha’s first teaching, called Sutra of the Four Noble Truths. This teaching is a brief yet profound spiritual instruction that reveals how to accomplish a state of complete inner peace and happiness.

Healing from Painful Emotions
In this series of classes we will explore how Buddha’s teachings can help us to heal our mind whenever we experience painful emotions. Through learning to recognize and manage these inner disturbances, we can free ourself from their influence and find real peace of mind.
