Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.

Each class includes guided meditation, a practical teaching, and an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.

Love is a powerful, positive state of mind that we can gradually cultivate and improve. In this series of classes we will learn a sequence of meditations that will take us ever deeper into experiencing the joyful mind of love. In this way we can begin to transform our lives, discovering within our own heart a truly powerful and radiant source of positivity and happiness.

July 13 – Meditation on Wishing Love: Giving Happiness
